I'm currently feelin: accomplished

Guys and gals, I was just told of a GREAT acoustic version of One, and I managed to find it.

Here it is. It's so beautiful, romantic and emotional... *tears up* :)

Those of you who hadn't heard of it, I hope you like it.

Edit: Does anyone know when and where this was performed?

I've no clue... I'll edit the post asking about it :)
I'm sure there's an orchestra, because of the violins, I'm thinking it might be Jools Holland?

Thanks for re-posting this. . .

The reason this version is so fantastic is due to someone I notice Bono mentions at the end of the cut: Craig Armstrong. That is the sort of thing that he does to music. . .

Craig Armstrong is an amazing orchestrator and composer. If you haven't heard his version of "Stay (Faraway, So Close)" with Bono on vocals you've missed something big. That cut can be found on "As If To Nothing".

Armstrong is orchestrator for the likes of Massive Attack, and though in my opinion it is "pearls before swine", all of Baz Luhrmann's films. His work is ALWAYS good.

Do yourself a favor and pick up both "The Space In Between Us" and "As If To Nothing".
