U2 to take part in Katrina benefit
U2 are among the artists taking part in a live music telethon in the US tonight to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.
The line-up for 'Shelter From the Storm: A Concert for the Gulf Coast' also features Neil Young, Foo Fighters, Rod Stewart, Paul Simon, Kanye West, Alicia Keys and Sheryl Crow.
Billboard reports that among the celebrities taking part in the telethon are Jennifer Aniston, Jack Nicholson, Morgan Freeman, Cameron Diaz and Jack Black.
The telethon will air on all six major TV networks in the US and will air internationally in at least 95 countries.
