You've heard the song, you'e read the lyrics.
What does it say to you? What do you think it's about or what it means? I'm really curious to see what everyone thinks. I'm still thinking about it. Whoa, for starters...but real, in depth, what is it about? what does it mean to YOU?
For all those with iTunes, Virgin Radio UK just announced that VERTIGO will be playing shortly..
edit: A nice alternative until it gains airplay here in the states.
This morning at the radio station I work at we got a package in the mail. I damn near shat myself when the PD threw the cd to me and it was "Vertigo".
So I pop it into my Windows Media Player and it lists as: Danni Ubeda - "Besame".
Any one have any idea why it did that? Perhaps for security purposes or something, I dunno.
Anyway, I love the song.
So now you've heard Vertigo...what do you think? (Personally, it was worth the wait!)
THANK GOD FOR ITUNES. Haha I just listened to Vertigo on Virgin Radio UK. I love it! It started playing about 10 seconds after I turned on the station, so talk about good timing. Too bad the dj said the album is called How to Make an Atomic Bomb. Kind of the opposite from what it really is lol. The song is great - I don't know if the giddiness I felt while listening was a direct result of the music or because it was new U2, but in any case the song is verrryy good!!
I think 1, 2, 3 and 14 are numbers of U2 albums produced by Steve Lillywhite :-)
well, i dunno if you guys now but www.u2.com 's layout changed....check it out, it rocks...... it's in process though is not fully completed.
In the midst of the Vertigo chaos... I'm here to beg.
I'll make it quick. With 650 members, someone will be able to help me out.
I'm at college. My computer recently got erased completely (read: no music). I'm starting to download music now. And for some reason I cannot download The Playboy Mansion on LimeWire. I don't have Pop here at school, so I really have to download it from somewhere. I don't know why I can't get it to work.
In my desperate state, I'm turning to the U2 faithful who must have The Playboy Mansion on their computers. I don't know why I'm dying to hear this song, but I am.
So please. Could someone send it? Thank you, thank you, thank you.
www.u2exit.com posted the Top of the Pop's clip of Vertigo. It's a nice long clip of the video, so check it out and see what you think (if you want to, of course;) )
Right, so I'm the only person who doesn't like Vertigo then?
*Hangs head in shame and goes to stand in the corner*
