I don't think they'll play Fez-Being Born a lot because that would be a bit weird. I'm afraid they won't play Moment Of Surrender a lot because it seems like a hard song to sing and it's really long, but that would break my heart because it's my favorite song from the new album and I'd love to hear it live. It would be very emotional.

I think I liked the live versions of Breathe the best so far, because it's my second favorite song from the album, after Moment Of Surrender, and because I think it's a very powerful song on the album and live. I think the live version made ven more powerful. I can see Bono singing "Sing your heart " where ever they perform this song, like he did in Letterman. (: But anyhow, I think the live versions of the rest of the songs were great too. I love the live version of "I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight<.em> at the tonight show with Letterman

Yeah, Fez-Being Born does sound like it would be a bit odd live.

I know it's long, but so many people love Moment of Surrender, though—and so many people think it's a standard 'U2 anthem' song—maybe it'll become this album's Streets or something.

Breathe sounds brilliant live, definitely :D I was a bit apprehensive for this album's live versions when Get On Your Boots failed to impress me live, but everything else sounds good, so I'm happy.

THey haven't played Moment of Surrender live yet, at least now that I know of, and I can't wait to hear it live! It'll probably be amazing. (:

I really don't think Moment Of Surrender will be heard much live. The song was recorded in the one take so everything that happens in the music will be hard to pin down. I have a feeling it will be like Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses: Amazing song, but they could never recapture what they had in the first recording. They're music captures little moments in time, and with Moment of Surrender, I think its so succesful at this that getting it right live will be monumentally difficult

...doesn't mean I wouldn't love to see them try though :)

I didn't know that they recorded it in one take but I totally agree with what you wrote, beautifully written. (:

It might be a bit different than the album version, but it can still be great live.

Yeah, it was the one take and they just decided to quit while they were ahead I suppose :)

I completely trust this band. If they can get it pinned down, it will be, for me, the highlight of the live set. If any group of people can figure out a way to make me feel the way the record version makes me feel in a stadium full of people, then its this group.

Fez - being born. I just can't see it working live, it's a great song to just sit and listen to, but I can't see it fitting within a set. I can see the first part of it working as music played before the encore, but not as a main track.

I clicked submit before I voted in the second part - because I'm stupid - but I really love Breathe and I'll go crazy... I think the latter was only played on Letterman so far but it was a really great performance in my opinion.

It could probably be played as a snippet, I guess.

Hey babe, was up? (: Have you got your tickets yet?
Just so you know that I voted the same thing, Fez - Being Born at the first poll and Breathe and I'll Go Crazy in the second. I loved all of their performances in Letterman, they're brilliant. Just outstanding. (:

As much as it pains me to say it, I don't think Fez - Being Born will show up at all in setlists. It seems like it would be kind of awkward for them to try to do live and that breaks my heart because it's my favourite song, despite my apprehension about the lame title. I am going to hold out some hope for it, but I'll try not to hold my breath. Where the rest are concerned, I don't think Unknown Caller is going to make it live either but it has a better chance than Fez. Moment of Surrender seems to me like it would have a better chance than the two aforementioned songs of making it into setlists, imo.

Favourite live track so far: No Line On The Horizon. But that's probably not a fair judgment considering I have not even heard Breathe live yet, or I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight because I was lame enough to miss these and haven't bothered to go look. Magnificent is the knee jerk reaction, but I really like how the title track sounds live so far. I prefer the Boots single version to the album version and the live version to the album as well.

I'm really not sure about the first question, but I was wondering about that myself. I could easily imagine them *not* playing Unknown Caller or even Moment Of Surrender (are they really gonna work at a show??), but then again, I would assume they'll want to promote as much of the new material as possible. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Tough choice for best live song as well, I picked Magnificent but GOYB will probably get the crowd going more, just because it's a lot faster.

I know it's hard songs to play, but it's still U2, the best band in the world, and they wrote those songs, so I think that maybe they can do a great job with them. (:

Magnificent sounds brilliant blasting out across a large venue so it's going to sound even better live.
