Hey everyone.

I have a GA ticket to the DC show on the 29th and one of my friends does too. She has class until 4:45, so she won't be able to make it until like 6 pm. I'm planning on standing in line way before that, but I was wondering if I'll be able to save her a spot inside, once I go in?

Just addressing the question of whether you 'can' do it, as a lot of people probably have different opinions on whether you 'should' do it:

It depends how big the line is and how quickly she can make it to you once inside. If you're on the outer rail or the rail at the back of the pit, and she's there when doors open (i.e. with the initial rush of people coming in), you might be able to take up enough space that she can stand next to or behind you (assuming she can get to you pretty quickly). I don't think that would work for front inner rail though. That really only applies if she's going to be getting to you within a very very few minutes of when you hit the pitch though.

Tell her to ditch the class or leave class early and get to the concert ASAP. It will be worth it, trust me
