U2 LiveJournal

Hello Hello!!

February 8th, 2004

hi (new member here) @ 07:34 pm

thegirlwholived:
I was reading Entertaiment Weekly Magazine and in their special 'Listen2this' section they have a small part at the bottom of page 17 called Fast Forward. Under the march 9th section it says:

U2 Solar On hiatus from saving the world, the Dubliners look to resuscitate rock with their 11th studio album.

I believe entertainment weekly is a reliable source, not known to post false information.

I HOPE THEIR INFORMATION IS ACCURATE!

oh my gosh, I'm REALLY REALLY sorry that posted 4 times. My interent hasn't been working well lately and I think I pressed "post" 4x's in my frustration with it.

Well they've been deleted now.

As for your post. I take it says the album is called Solar. Very old story that's untrue. There certainly isn't an album out on March 9th.

Yes, I do remember hearing false rumors about an album coming out called "Solar" or "Solaris." I think its wierd, however, that the magazine would post such information. Oh well. :( ˇ

hmmm...so much talk of this, yet I agree that entertainemnt is a 'reliable' source. anyway, I like the title, though it may be overkill now that we've heard it sooooo much
