The Alarm Live in the US @ 09:28 pm

trashcan17:
Back in the 1980's there was a little Irish band called U2 that played Red Rocks ....

Also on that tour a little Welsh band called the Alarm were on the road with Bono and the boys ...

The two bands became good friends and the Alarm got other support slots in the UK and USA in the 80's...

Why well they came from the same background of a celtic country, and the lyrical contents often covered similar subjects with passion and drive ..

Well until U2 hit the road in the US next year and you want some rock and roll with heart and integrity why not go see the Alarm in November ..

ouch ..... that is a fair old trek for any gig then :(

But James Stevenson does have contacts in Australia, and has threatened to get Mike to take the band over there ....

If you know of any venues or promoters that could put the band on let the office now via the website and you never know!

oh thats so cool, I used to really like The Alarm back in the 80s. "Come on down and meet your maker, come on down and make the stand!"

Spaceland is like 5 minutes from my apartment. Awesome. Great venue too.

Ah, no... didn't realize you were male or I wouldn't have even asked (trashcan not being gender specific and all). MPG was short for Magnificent Pagan Goddess on another list I used to be on.
