Sheet Music. @ 03:38 pm

saccage:
Okay, so my boyfriend, while he's learning the electric guitar - he's let me borrow his aucoustic.

If I'm wanting to play this as much as I figured, then the first batch of songs I want to learn is anything U2.. Prefferably what I'm familar with but I wouldn't doubt a new.

But here's the thing: I don't feel like spending the $30 dollars on a songbook, s'peically if I'm not going to be as serious in this instrument as I'm hoping.

Does anyone know of any U2 Guitar Sheets on the 'net I can print out for useage?

Thx; Laters.

Well it's not sheet music but tabs, tabcrawler.net olga.net uh...I can't remember any others. But those two will have TONS of U2 ones. Although sometimes they are off a little as far as accuracy.

I usually go to mxtabs.net or just google "U2 Tabs".

Try the intro of Sunday Bloody Sunday or learn Elevation. 2 fairly easy things to play. I personally love to play In A Little While, but that may be a little too challenging. Just try a lot of stuff out and you'll get it in no time.

Well my mother claims that she could play by sound, and so could my father. She assumes that I need no tabs to guide me along the way, but I think otherwise.

I know that when I'm first learning, that I'm not going to be A GODDESS - regardless of my breeding, but then again I could be proven wrong once I've learned the cords well. ::shrugs::

Whoo - lookit me brag. :P I don't mean too. XD

The first song I ever taught myself on acoustic guitar was the acoustic version of "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses." After that, "In God's Country" and "Running to Stand Still." Good luck!

the absolute best site for tabs is the U2 guitar archive.
just punch that into google...
it has guitar and bass for every album I think Vertigo is already up there...
