I glanced through Rolling Stone's Top 50 Songs of all time, or whatever its called today, and I thought it rather peculiar that at number 1 they had Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone", and number 2 was "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones. Wierd, huh?

I said the same thing in an Aerosmith community. I thought it was strange how a lot of the tops songs had Rolling or Stone in them...

yea but rolling stone is biase towards the beatles, just look at any other 10 or 500 greatest things they do. it was a suprise to see dylan at the top and the stones in second

Saying that Rolling Stone favorites lists are slanted towards the Beatles is like saying the Baseball Hall of Fame is slanted towards Babe Ruth and Mickey Mantle.
