Sounds like a fun family outing!!! After years of dragging my husband to U2 concerts he has refused now. I would love to take my kids but I think that they are a little young, one 9 and 3 year old. Although my daughter loves U2 and sings along in the car and the house but I don't see me taking her at the ripe age of 3, hee hee. What a fun time you and your daughter are going to have. What a cool mom you are!!! :D

My husband went to Popmart Sea WA with me and he was totally impressed by U2 - I managed to score tickets for us that enabled us to be right at the base of the lemon steps next to the B-stage where they did the little set. I am not bringing him down this time, (nor did I bring him with me to Elevation)... heh....U2 greed.... But, my daughter is 14 and she is borderline diabetic, has liver probs, scheurmanns disease (back prob), and polycyctic ovarian disease. That has been a lot for a kid to deal with. She deserves a treat! My oldest is 18 and does not know yet I am bringing him with us - hell he doesnt even know we are going... my youngest is 12 and he is excited because he has always considered Bono a superhero. I remember one time when he was about 5 or 6, I was sitting at my kitchen window listening to the kids and thier friends playing in the backyard. One child yelled, "I'll be superman!" one child yelled, "I'll be batman!" My son? He yelled, "I'll be BonoVox!" I scored him Bono's autograph on one of his school photo's when I went to Boston for Elevation and I did let Bono know he was my son's superhero. =)

that is very awesome for what you are doing for your daughter, i could see that she totally deserves a treat such as this. (and what a treat it is!)

She is such a good girl! It is going to be fun hanging out with her all day for her first *real* rock concert! My sister took her to see Britany Spears a long time ago -- so this is going to knock her socks off. She was so far away from brit she couldn't even see her!
