And funnily enough, this same guy just posted here (scroll to the bottom) on Interference to explain what a good guy he really is and how scalping is a perfectly legit business just like any other. Hahahahaha!

These scumbags should just stick to eBay instead of trying to "explain themselves" at forums where real fans have been screwed out of tickets. Disgusting...

Wow, he's teaching his children good morals and ethics, huh?

Miserable wanker.

Yup, good for him! I'm sure his kids are proud of his wonderful career and great morals. I love how he says, "I'm just like you all trying to pay my mortgage, car payment, and my kid's education." Yeah, except you do it by getting rich off the backs of real fans who would kill to even be in the arena, you disgusting piece of slime!

It's sickening how this guy is delusional enough to believe he is running a legitimate business and justified in his abhorrent practices.

I hope he gets hit by a Trabant.

"Good Luck in your ticket hunts, and when you do get tickets (from whatever source), enjoy the show! It's sure to be GREAT."

Oh man, that is IT. I want to hunt this guy down and disembowel him before ripping him limb from limb. How dare he say "Good luck in your ticket hunts" like that?! I'm sure we would all have a lot more luck if we didn't have to contend with slimy scalpers like him! And yeah, it'll be great, for anyone who can afford to pay his disgustingly exorbitant prices!

::breathes::

Must calm down...must calm down...must calm down...

But seriously, what kind of business is that?! He provides a service? Well, good for him! Prostitutes provide a service too, but that doesn't make what they do moral, even though I'm sure their customers are satisfied! What this guy does is rip people off, and he dares to call it a "legitimate business." I'll stop now before I get even angrier...

That prostitute analogy is the best one of the day. Bloody hell, if he comes back to Interference, I'll hit him with it. I haven't even begun to vent how I feel at that miserable, rotten piece of rat faeces. To have the audacity to sell tickets he does not even have yet at such exorbitant prices and then wish us luck - does this fellow have any conscience at all? Got to feel sorry for his children. And I hope his wife has left him.

I also love how he's saying that he's helping us out by giving us this "service" and that we don't have to keep redialing ticketmaster and whatnot. Yet, if it weren't for people like him who take away these tickets, there wouldn't be any need to wait on the phone/web, because everyone would get the tickets...by scalping tickets, you're only adding to the traffic on the web & phone...

Exactly! If these scalpers didn't snap up so many tickets, we would all have a much better chance of getting tickets of our own without having any need to pay them for their oh-so-generous "services." They are the ones creating a need for their "service," by making it so much harder to get through on Ticketmaster.

Cute icon, btw! =)

Yeah, jacking up the price a few hundred dollars is really a reasonable charge for saving me a few mouse clicks on Ticketmaster's website, huh?

This idiot isn't fooling anyone but himself.

We should track him down and demand GA tickets for free.

If he declines, we will ... convince him to hand us exactly what we want.

I'd love to know if they are real tickets or a scam.

If they're real, I want to shove a fork up his arse, twist, and rip the tickets from his bare hands. If they're fakes, a similar fate would be in order.

Damn, I hate these scalpers. I'm not angry about missing out on tickets myself, just depressed, but these scalpers are infuriating.

i'm sure they're real.

i was talking to my boss yesterday about this, a very musically cool kinda guy who's been through something liek this before with another band, i can't remember which, coffee not yet kicked in... anyway, he said brokers get their hands on tickets quick and sell them for huge inflated amounts because they are SO confident they will be bought.

and people buy them.

it's sickening, isn't it?

and it makes me sooooooooooooooo mad that these people all got handfuls of tickets, mostly GAs, and i couldn't get a single. one.

i'm not buying tickets off of ebay. after the official sale starts, i'd rather sit in the nosebleeds than pay some asshole $700 for tickets.

Turns out this guy is very much for real, but he doesn't have the tickets yet. He just expects to buy them. I was one of a few people who engaged in 'discussion' with this wanker on Interference.

These scalpers make me sick, and I can't believe people give in to their prices. Where do these people have all that money? I wish I had that much disposal money!

I read the convo on interference and i do not know why anyone would believe a damn thing that guy says. he tried to sugar coat his crookedness.

I watched a program on tv about those guys.. I think it was 60 minutes or 20/20 -- and I truly believe he has already paid for all of those tickets. It is not just he himself online trying to get the tickets and it is not just him sitting there with one credit card.

It shocks me that some people there are actually listening to him and respecting some of his points. This guy is scum, screwing over genuine fans in order to line his pockets, and dodging the law. I think types like him should be locked up.

I'll just add that this guy actually only has ONE pair of tickets; he's planning to get the other six dozen "elsewhere." So he doesn't actually have 85 pairs (or however many) of tickets -- just one pair.

Incredibly dishonest, but then, what else can you expect from a scalper? I would never give a nickel of my money to these creeps either. So, so nauseating!

Who's bidding on it?

1. Gullible people.
2. The paranoid who think it's the only way to get tickets now.
3. People with more money than they know what to do with.
4. Complete fools.

Isn't that against ebay's rules? Selling something you don't have in your hands at the time of the auction? I don't know, I'm just asking. If there was a time that I would have like to go through cyber space and drop kick someone's ass, it was that moment he was online at Interference.
